at the top are not clickable. In Firefox they are.

I disagree, I can click them. Same KDE version, same kernel, 64bit. But I have some un-clickable in Akregator (only one feed from 40, but in that every post).

I can click the links too, but I've seen links which do not change the mouse pointer on some pages. That was never reproducible for me though.
