When konqueror is in fullscreen mode, there is no clear way to escape/return to normal mode.  

This is particularly problematic since konqueror can inadvertently be switched into fullscreen quite easily (accidentally hitting F11, for example).

Earlier versions of konquorer presented a fullscreen exit icon.  I'm humbly requesting the return of that icon (or equivalent).

I'd like also to preempt a long dialog over the merits of this request simply by stating that konqueror needs to aim to satisfy the needs, not only of the seasoned user, but those less so (e.g. Grandma).  Without a menu or icon escape from fullscreen mode, non-familiar users might be forced to frustratingly consider rebooting as their only escape option.  I confess that even as a seasoned user myself, it took me a couple minutes to find the right escape after accidentally entering fullscreen mode.
