I go to the System settings menu where we can manage file associations and is impossible to change icons... every file without a default known association use a ""?"" icon.

I'm using:
Qt: 4.4.3
KDE: 4.1.81 (KDE 4.1.81 (KDE 4.2 >= 20081128))
