manual script uninstallation cannot be detected by the GHNS.

Isn't this a problem with GHNS? (If it's a problem at all).  The GHNS code comes premade for us, we don't do anything creative with it.

Retargetting for 2.1 (as it may involve kdelibs changes).  If it's simpler to fix than I understood, feel free to retarget for 2.0.1.

KHotNewStuff fail to uninstall some plasma themes (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=235680), so I need to remove it myself, and then this bug.

This was a recurring problem, even in KDE 4.10.
