Something similar has already been discussed in Bug 81716.

I file another wish because I think the question is a more general one.

It would be nice to have an option in a Folder properties dialog like : "Apply to child folders".

I would like to keep my replies in the same folder they stem from, and that for all my dIMAP folders. This is quite long and cumbersome to do it manually.

What kind of setting(s) should be applied to children ?

Sorry for being unclear...

I use the "Keep replies in this folder" setting (in french: "conserver les réponses dans ce dossier") and would like to apply it to all child folders automatically.
