If you create a text shape or a vector stroke, the tools specific to that shape doesn't appear in krita.

Works now, but needs refactoring after 2.0

When switching between from a shape layer to a paint layer, often the krita tools don't get activated. When creating a shape layer and switching to it, the krita tools aren't deactivated.
