Description Tim Hutt 2008-09-06 01:19:39 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.0)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When 'run in terminal' is used, and the wrong password is entered, or the program does not exist the terminal just exits instantly. This is bad for obvious reasons.

Solution: Print 'Incorrect password', 'File not found', or whatever followed by 'Press any key to exit...'.

same reason as bug 170494.
i guess we could just inject a stub instead of a direct "su" call into the command line.

Hi,

kdelibs (version 4 and earlier) is no longer maintained since a few years.

KDE Frameworks 5 or 6 might already have resolved this bug.

If not, please re-open against the matching framework if feasible or against the application that shows the issue.

We then can still dispatch it to the right Bugzilla product or component.

Greetings
