Klipper should provide templates for pasting things such as date, signature, ...
See for example Flashpaste http://flashpaste.com

I think it could be very usefull.

It still might be a good thing to include this functionality in klipper, but in KDE4.3 there is the "Paste"-Widget that offers templates to paste. 

IMHO the "Paste"-functionality is a little bit too complex to include it in klipper. klipper and Paste should be kept separate. So probably this report could be closed?
