Version: Qt: 3.3.8b KDE: 3.5.9 KPilot Daemon: 4.9.3-359 (palo alto) (using KDE 3.5.9) Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu Configured with: ../src/configure -v --enable-languages=c,c++,fortran,objc,obj-c++,treelang --prefix=/usr --enable-shared --with-system-zlib --libexecdir=/usr/lib --without-included-gettext --enable-threads=posix --enable-nls --with-gxx-include-dir=/usr/include/c++/4.2 --program-suffix=-4.2 --enable-clocale=gnu --enable-libstdcxx-debug --enable-objc-gc --enable-mpfr --enable-targets=all --enable-checking=release --build=i486-linux-gnu --host=i486-linux-gnu --target=i486-linux-gnu Thread model: posix gcc version 4.2.3 (Ubuntu 4.2.3-2ubuntu7) Honestly - all stock Kubuntu system. OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages pretty much doesnt matter how i initiate the sync. About 40 percent of the time it works fine but about 60% is will generate a crash. Of significant note is the fact that if i have done a hard reset on the treo 755P getting the info across to the treo from the desktop might actually take upwards of 20 attempts before it works. Turning off every conduilt on both sides other than addressbook seems to be the best resolution i have found to date. Here is the crashlog and ill attach a package list and dump of hwinfo.
