Description Richard Hartmann 2008-01-10 09:57:42 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Basically, what I would love to see is a way to create an arbitrary set of proxies. The current proxy setting interface would be used for a single proxy and a new interface offering an overview would be placed at the top level, instead.

These proxies could then be mapped to different target hosts, preferably via regexp and/or globbing. Perhaps this information could be saved or exported in PAC format for better handling, as well.

This request is filed and referenced from a 'larger' wishlist item to make management easier. I will link to this issue from here once I am done filing the other request.

The last version I was able to test was KDE4 Beta 2, but I am assume that this issue is open for 4.0.0 as well and will test asap.
