Version: (using KDE Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources OS: Linux How to reproduce: 1. Type some link in konsole. E.g. "http://www.kde.org" 2. Hover it with a mouse => it'll be underlined 3. Do not move mouse away and erase part of the link with backspace 4. There you have it: "http://www.kde.___" Obviously it should forget underlined attribute for those erased chars :)
Confirmed. The reason for this bug is that the information about 'hot spots' (areas of the display containing text of interest) is not updated, for performance reasons, until the mouse is moved after a change in the display's contents.
