I have a TV Tuner on /dev/v4ltv and my webcam on /dev/v4lcam (symlinks created by udev to /dev/video0 or /dev/video1 depending of the two modules (bttv and quickcam) insertion order.

When a program uses /dev/v4ltv (like mplayer) and I launch kopete it will make mplayer to freeze.

I think that kopete should unlock /dev/v4ltv (in the settings, I choose the correct device).
