I was searching for a way to use The Jabber-ID Header Field with kmail and I found a way to define custom fields (http://wiki.jabber.org/index.php/Jabber_Email_Header), but I didn't find a way to show them with kmail without viewing the complete mailsource.
Because the Jabber header isn't a standard yet, I create a more generic feature request:

Please create the possibility to let the user configure which header fields are shown in the preview and other mail windows.
The existing short/standard/long/decorative options are not mighty enough :-)
