Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5) Installed from: SuSE RPMs OS: Linux At least I have seen this in kpdf, but I think other kde tools might have the same problem, therefore I create this bug in general usability. assume a pdf file was openend recently, from a location with a looong url, the URL is longer than the screen resolution. Then I open another pdf, and try to save it. when I hover with the mouse over the "recently used" menu entry, the popup with the filenames shows up, covering the "save as" menu entry. The user has no chance to click on it. as a workaround the user has to open the menu, and move the mouse away from the menu, to not hover over the "recently used" menu entry to reach the "save as" button. Regardless of the length of the location name of the recently opened documents, the popup should only cover at most the vertical half of the opened file menu.
Moving from kchart to kpdf. Perhaps should on something more general?
