A user who has a chat with a contact (who also has an e-mail address) should be able to continue his conversation by e-mail by starting a new thread.

The e-mail conposition window should be pre-filled with the chat log.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
