Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS:                Linux

I have kde in spanish; I have 2 monitors in dual-head configuration (no Xinerama); when I run kcontrol in the secondary display, almost all menu items are in english (instead of spanish); if I run kcontrol in the primary display everything displays correctly in spanish.
