Description Alberto Cavalin 2006-07-14 12:11:16 UTC
Version: 1.2.3 (using KDE 3.5.3-4.1.fc3.kde, Fedora Core release 3 (Heidelberg))
Compiler: gcc version 3.4.4 20050721 (Red Hat 3.4.4-2)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.17.3-ken

Hello,

I wish you to add these features:

- enables akregator to get a RSS input from the output
of a command (like Knewsticker or Liferea).
- add the support for virtual folders (like Liferea)
  eg: Unread items, Tagged items

Thank you :)

The virtual folder thing is definitely one of the most important features for one of the coming versions.
Getting rss from command output is also possible, it should be possible to implement it quickly. Could be a nice exercise for a beginner ;-)

For both features we already have wishlist items, so I mark this as dupe
