KMail should be able to render HTML-messages with no text-part as plain text. Currently, you can either view the HTML-code oder view the message as complete HTML. It would be nice if KMail could simply strip the HTML-tags and render the text a little bit (tables, brakes, etc) and then show it as simple text. Would probably also be useful for forwarding HTML-Mails as plaintext.
You can hve a look at sylpheed, which already does this quite well.
