Description Anssi Nevalainen 2006-02-26 11:23:59 UTC
Version: 1.9 (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux

I am not quite sure what exactly causes the bug but,

When I am trying to use my imap server that replies wrong login info, Kmail shows warning "Unable to login. Probably the password is wrong. LOGIN failed. OK". When I click the "Ok" it gives me change to change login name and password and Ok & Cancel buttons.

The problem is that whatever I do this loop continues and kmail tries to contact the server again and again. The worst part is I cannot enter new login info (server etc.) to my account because every time the warning window opens (after about 3 sec), it closes the account properties window.

This is very annoying and does continue after re-start of Kmail.
