Description Marcin Orlowski 2006-02-11 00:04:33 UTC
Version: unknown (using KDE 3.5.1, Kubuntu Package 4:3.5.1-0ubuntu4 dapper)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-15-386

I added some mails to the outgoing queue with "Send Later". Then I wrote another mail which I wanted it to go out immediately. So I hit "Send Now" and Kmail added my mail to the queue and then... send out all the queued mailes. So it seems that any queued mail blocks other mails from being sent. It shall be either two queues (internally etc) or mechanism which would allow Kmail to disguish queued messages from these to be send out instantly. I queued a lot of 10MB mails and wanted to send it out later when I'll be off the machinge, but wanted to let the customers know I'll be sending the stuff later... So you can imagine how happy I was watching what Kmail was doing.

Can reproduce with KDE 4.3. I think this is simply by design. Changing to wish
