Description Oliver Grimm 2006-01-15 15:22:21 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

To reproduce do

- start Kile
- start Inkscape
- in Inkscape select file-->save as
- while the file dialog is open, pres Alt-Tab to switch to Kile
- now try to switch back to Inkscape by pressing Alt-Tab. It does not work.
- click the inkscape label on Kicker with the mouse. It works.

Inkscape's Save dialog specifies the skip_taskbar flag, which I consider wrong. That triggers bug #106818.
As a workaround, you can make KWin force the flag to be off for this dialog: Alt+F3/Advanced/Window-specific settings/ , find the Skip taskbar setting, enable it, set to Force and uncheck the checkbox.
