It appears that using mouse wheel over spectrum image causes moving to next element, so it might be related to bug 109035.
I managed to track down the exact way of reproducing this error. Note: I have disabled sidebar and tooltips, I haven't tried without it. Here are the steps: 1. Click on "H" element. Element information dialog appears. 2. Click on "Spectrum" to show spectrum tab. 3. Click "Close" to close the dialog. 4. Click on "H" element again. 5. Move the mouse.

I compared the backtrace, this is a dub. Krzysztof, which gcc-version are you using? I bet it is gcc 4.x, right? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 109035 ***
