Oops, submitted before I'd finished (should be a wish, not a bug too)... In kmail, if the user makes a spelling mistake, the offending word will go red and right-clicking it will display a context-menu with correction suggestions. Clicking one will replace the work. In konqeuror, misspelt words will go red but the context-menu does not contain spelling corrections like in kmail. To correct them, the user must invoke full spell checking so the whole form is spell checked from the start. This involves the spell checking dialog appearing (which interrupts their work), and they must manually skip/fix all the other misspelt words in the rest of the form. This is obviously much less convenient than in kmail and I've grown accustomed to manually fixing spelling errors now in konqueror. The konqueror context-menu contains 15 items, 5 of which are disabled and several obscure ones that common users will rarely use (e.g. "Select input method", "Allow tabulations"). In the context of the RMB on a misspelt word, it should be obvious the user wants to correct it so the options should be more relevant. My wish is for the khtml form to use the same context-menu as kmail for misspelt words.

i see it the same... the "suggestions" are missing in forms in khtml.
I think the reported it quite right, kmail context menu in mispelling case it notoriously better.
i vote for this too, it's more ui friendly and usable
Note: This bug report is very similar to bug #67673. Voters: If your vote is for addition of correction suggestions to the context menu, I suggest transferring your votes, there. If you would like to additionally have the other context menu items hidden in this case (as requested by the reporter), keep your votes here. (115 votes here, 0 for bug #67673 at the time of this writing).
I'm a bit confused. If you hide the "other context menu items", there won't be any items to show as khtml doesn't show spelling suggestions. This bug should essentially be renamed "make khtml's context menu for spelling errors exactly the same as the one used in kmail". Also, I don't see any point in asking people to vote on whether khtml should hide non-spelling related context menu items or not. I think it is very obvious usability wise that irrelevant options should be hidden when appropriate; this should be accepted practise throughout all of KDE really.
i agree with comment #8
Dear user, KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6. Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component. We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes. For security issues, please see: https://kde.org/info/security/ Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML. Greetings Christoph Cullmann
