Description Rudolf Kollien 2005-06-21 15:28:54 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

When a todo is dated as "Start at.." and "End at", than the todo is shown in day- and weekview only at the ending date. F.e.: if you create a todo with "Start at 21.06.2005 and End at 10.07.2005", than the todo appears only at 20.07. in the views.

I think, it would be a great help, if the todo would be an "auto-moving-todo". It should be displayed at "today" until done. The todo sould appear day after day as time goes by until the todo is completely done. So in the above example, the todo should be displayed (only) at today (assuming today is 21.06.). When the todo isn't done today, tomorrow it should appear as a todo for 22.06. Next day it would appear as 23.06. and so on.

The problem with the current behavor and todos with a definded "Start-End" is, that in the calendar (day/weekview/forecast x day) you cannot see the todo until the last day (ending date) of the todo is reached. That's very late.
