Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          3.3.5 
OS:                NetBSD

If there is an improper shut down of Kontact, sometimes (not consistently) I will get the following empty entries.

-rw-r--r--  1 jordi users       0 Jun  3 17:39 addressbook.vcf
-rw-r--r--  1 jordi users 3352822 Jun  1 23:21 addressbook.vcf_3
-rw-r--r--  1 jordi users       0 Jun  2 20:12 addressbook.vcf_4
-rw-r--r--  1 jordi users       0 Jun  3 17:39 addressbook.vcf_5

Renaming addressbook.vcf_3 to addressbook.vcf solves the issue.

Is there any further information I can provide to debug this?
