Description Wolfram R. Sieber 2005-03-08 01:34:04 UTC
Version: 0.5 (using KDE 3.3.2, (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-6)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-1-k7

I popped up the exec command dialog by pressing Alt+F2. After that I entered kbounce and pressed Enter.

The kbounce window pops up, but the exec command dialog doesn't disappear. The exec button looks like being pressed/not being released. (I redone this now during typing in the bug report. The exec command dialog keeps being modal but isn't redrawed when moved away.)

I tried several ways to close the exec command window, but I have to close the kbounce window first: In the exec command dialog the Cancel button doesn't work, nor the "x" button in its title bar does. Pressing ESC or trying to switch through the buttons doesn't result in any reaction of the exec command dialog.

Only to close the kbounce window (by hitting Alt+F4 or clicking the "x" in the title bar) makes to disappear the exec command dialog (and kbounce, too). After that there's a error message: "KDEInit couldn't start /usr/games/kbounce." Hitting the Okay button in that error box throws that box away and the exec command dialog disappears.
