SUMMARY
Dual screens, application is on primary (1), 'save as' pops up on screen 2.

 In any browser or application that you want to save a pdf file for example, the 'save as' dialog pops up on the opposite screen from application.  


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  In any browser save a pdf file using a dual screen set up.

OBSERVED RESULT

Primary screen is 1 and second screen is 2. Chrome/Firefox/Chromium/Brave on 1, file 'save as'
 pops up on 2.

EXPECTED RESULT
'Save as' dialog would use same screen as application.

It turns out that if the application is on screen 2 the 'save as' dialog is also on 2. The difference is the primary screen 1 is 1920x1080 and the second screen 2 is 3840x2160.

The dialog that appears... is it the KDE dialog, or the GNOME/GTK dialog?

Does this only happen in an X11 session? Or also in a Wayland session?

The main place I see it is with browsers Chrome/Brave/Firefox/Chromium, applications like kate/libreoffice calc seem to work. Will try Wayland next.
