I am not able to reproduce this with Dolphin built from git-master or 23.08.5 in Kubuntu It's possible there's an old setting or something in cache that's contributing to this. Can you try creating a new user and see if you're able to get Dolphin to display in the language you set? Thanks! Open Settings/Configure Language from the menu 3. Compare the Language shown in settings with language in menues and context menus. OBSERVED RESULT The language in Dolphin in all menues and context menues is English, although it is set to German. EXPECTED RESULT Language should be German. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS output of kinfo: Operating System: Kubuntu 24.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.11 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0 Qt Version: 5.15.13 Kernel Version: 6.8.0-47-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: offscreen Processors: 2 x AMD A4-4000 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics Memory: 3.8 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: NV98 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I've switched the language settings to English, restarted Dolphin, set the language again back to German, restarted Dolphin, no change. Still English.
