STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install current KDE 6 from openSUSE Tumbleweed repos ( 20240225-2765.1 )
2. Run wayland session
3. Launch Firefox

OBSERVED RESULT

Firefox displays with no buttons top right

EXPECTED RESULT

It should show minimize/restore/close buttons

If you right-click from panel, close option is there and it works as expected.

Additionally "Eye of Gnome" (45.2) misses those buttons too.

Seems like duplicate of BUG 471853. I guess we never figured out why this happened, or how it seemed to be fixed.

By the way what theme are you using?

Sorry, forgot to add, it is the stock dark theme. I checked other themes too and no change.

This is very strange: the same issue appears on XFCE. Firefox and Eye of Gnome. I may try another tumbleweed install in matter of hours.

This seems like a configuration issue. Also kwin is not responsible for drawing client side decoration buttons
