Create_new_folder_in_mix_languages

SUMMARY

On Windows 10 my "Region" settings are "Slovenian", but I want to use Dolphin in English language. I set language to English US, but now there is mix of English and Slovenian language.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I have downloaded today's latest version of Dolphin from https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Dolphin_Release_win64/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/dolphin-23.08.4-2159-windows-cl-msvc2019-x86_64.exe
2. Start Dolphin and select from menu Settings | Configure Language.
3. Set "Primary language" to "English EN_US" and delete all of the fallback languages.
4. I have closed down and restarted Dolphin program, to make sure setting does apply.
5. Right click somewhere on empty space.
6. Menu appears and so far everything is as expected in English. Point to "Create New" and problem appears now Slovenian strings are displayed. See attachment.

I am getting notifications on my mail about this issue.

On my Windows machine I am now using Dolphin 24.07.70 (all others Dolphin versions I have tested have more bugs that this one, that is why I am using it) and in step 6 from bug report and I see everything in English as expected.

Don't know if there was some fix for this issue or I have changed something, I don't remember anymore. But this is not an issue in my case.
If someone else can reproduce this, then bug should stay open. If not, we can close it down.

I'm glad to hear the bug is no longer happening for you with the updated version of Dolphin.
