Buttons for both toolbars randomly disappear while editing files.
They come back if i use "Configuring toolbars" and update the view.

You'll have to be more descriptive than that. I don't get such behavior.

Maybe that's the same as: Bug 60156 ?

But 60156 is not the same bug, it's only complaining of a 'flicker' when switching documents.
This bug IS, however, a dupe of bug 64754

is this bug really resolved, 

i'm using kate 2.5.8 from ubuntu packages and this bug exists!
normally i use two toolbars:
main toolbar <kate>
main toolbar <katePartView>

on the left side i have a list with opened documents and each time, when i'm switching between documents, disappear one button from main toolbar <katePartView>
Lastly appear only buttons from main toolbar <kate>
