SUMMARY While in the Krita home screen, floating dockers cannot be spawned via menus nor shortcut ("Show dockers" is greyed out). This makes problematic to open a comic project through the comic manager. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Krita (make sure you have a layout with some floating dockers) 2. In the home screen, settings > show dockers 3. Nothing happens OBSERVED RESULT Inability to spawn the dockers EXPECTED RESULT Dockers should spawn at any time, as it used to work up until 5.1.5 SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Krita Version: 5.2.0 Hidpi: true Qt Version (compiled): 5.15.7 Version (loaded): 5.15.7 OS Information Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64 Build CPU: x86_64 CPU: x86_64 Kernel Type: linux Kernel Version: 6.5.5-arch1-1 Pretty Productname: EndeavourOS Product Type: endeavouros Product Version: unknown Desktop: i3 Appimage build: Yes ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Two workarounds: 1. window > workspace > select a workspace, which will bypass the bug and spawn the dockers anyway 2. open any project, "show dockers" will work again
