SUMMARY
Localize version 22.07 target language Croatian:
-- Lokalize kills usage of AltGr key needed for some Croation letters, symbols. Simply, AltGr does not function under Lokalize.
-- Spelling for Croatian does not function, does not correct nor supplies suggestions for correction.
--  When hovering with mouse above msgid or msgstr panes, Lokalize insist that target and original languages are en_CA instead en_US and hr_HR.

I'm also seeing some issues for Compose key selection (Also Alt in my case), I can't type … (Right Alt + ..).
