SUMMARY
Move to Trash not work on Windows. The file cannot see in the Dolphin but it was not actually deleted.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin -> Right click a file -> Move to Trash

OBSERVED RESULT
The file cannot see in the Dolphin.
Open File Explorer and go to the directory. The file was still there. 

EXPECTED RESULT
The file was moved to Trash. 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows 10 64bit
Dolphin 21.07.70 and 21.04.3

I can confirm that the trash behavior for Dolphin doesn't work as it should; it *appears* to trash items but doesn't actually do so.

Can reproduce it's the most anoying bug on windows.
