SUMMARY
This bug is very simple. Right-click and move to trash (or just pressing Del button) does not move files to Recycle Bin. 
The files are not affected at all.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin.exe
2. right click on a random file
3. select move to trash
4. press F5 to reload

OBSERVED RESULT
After step 3 a dialog box opens which shows the progress of moving files into Trash. 
Files disappear after progress completion. 
After step 4 files reappear. 
"Deleted" files does not appear in the windows RecycleBin at any steps

EXPECTED RESULT
"Deleted" files should have moved to RecycleBin (or at least a .Trash folder in home or something similar).
They should not have reappeared after step 4.

Qt Version: 5.15.5
