SUMMARY
Position of splitter between monitors and timeline is not remembered between restarts of kdenlive

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move the splitter
2. Restart kdenlive


OBSERVED RESULT
Splitter is at the old position again

EXPECTED RESULT
Splitter position should be remembered between restarts

I forgot that I had reported this problem around 5 years ago.
See duplicate bugs 364567, 351723, and 343322.

The workaround: Un-maximize window, move splitter, restart Kdenlive -> Position is remembered
Strange thing is: After I have used this workaround once, I can then also reposition the splitter when the program is maximized and it is indeed remembered afterwards!

Kdenlive 20.12.2 on Windows 10 20H2
