That means your distro either hasn't packaged Kipi Plugins, or else it has packaged them with an appstream ID that isn't "appstream://org.kde.kipi_plugins". Either way, you'll need to report this to your distro. Thanks!~ OMFG sorry, this is actually the bug where the name was misspelled in Gwenview. It had "plguins" and not "plugins".
