*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 424919 *** @nate I read the referenced item and this is NOT a duplicate. My issue has nothing to do with me attempting to install anything, nor am I receiving any error messages. The system (Discover Notifier) automatically checks for updates and reports there are some available. However, nothing is pending download/install in Discover, nor does Apt report anything being available. I rolled back to a backup of 20.04 and will try 20.10 again in a week or so; but I'm going to reopen this if it happens again. Were you able to retest this? Yes. I attempted another upgrade to 20.10 last weekend and after one week of testing I can safely say this issue has not resurfaced. Thanks for the update. If you find more issues, please report them. |
