STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add Network Speed widget to desktop
2. observe the alignment of download/upload rate values
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

This is, unfortunately, not limited to the network chart but all of them have this issue as it is a problem in the underlying legend component of KQuickCharts. I have been meaning to take a better look at it but haven't managed to so far.
