Seems related to Bug 421965, if not the same root cause. Similarly, I cannot reproduce. This works fine for me when I follow those instructions. This is 100% identical to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=421965 Can't reproduce neither of those 9with and without filename change). Tried with Spectacle 21.12.1? Sorry for the spam... Is your spectaclerc file writable by the same user that uses Spectacle? Can you change and save other settings successfully? *** Bug 421965 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** .
