- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I opened a konsole pane in Dolphin, then found I was missing a proper profile for it. So I went to one of my open Konsole sessions and added a new profile. After going back to Dolphin I found the profile not showing up there - not sure if it needs a restart. So I went back to the Konsole session and revisited the settings I made to see if I need to somehow tick another checkbox. After closing the dialog, Konsole simply crashed.
