Created attachment 126230 [details] dialog with fault and file manager with file SUMMARY When a file's extension is all CAPS, the file-open dialog in GNOME doesn't list the file. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a jpeg image and name it image.JPG 2. Open KolourPaint 3. Go to File, Open or use CTRL-o OBSERVED RESULT image.JPG is not visible in the list, even when filetype "JPEG image" is selected in the bottom right. EXPECTED RESULT image.JPG should be visible. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/GNOME: Arch Linux; Build ID: rolling, Gnome Version 3.34.2 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: not installed KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0 Qt Version: 5.14.1
