SUMMARY

In KDE Notification panel, notifications aren't clickable, specially gnome related apps.
When notifications pop-up for the short time, it clicks and takes actions just fine, but if you view unseen notifications from the panel/widget, you can only select text but not click to view.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. leave notification unseen
2. view notification panel
3. click doesn't work, you can only click to select text.

OBSERVED RESULT
text selection works, but clicking to take action doesn't, for example (chrome facebook notifications, Franz Messenger, youtube notifications in Firefox (while chrome has activate button),

EXPECTED RESULT
clicking notification should take action and launch the application to take you to where it was located

Is this really for KMyMoney, or perhaps Plasma or one of its components?
Comment 2 Mohammed Gritli 2020-01-23 13:36:44 UTC
I believe its in Plasma (Notification system), as I didn't experience anything similar in Gnome.
Its been around in Plasma since I used 5.15 or so...

When you created the bug, you assignedit to KMyMoney, buildsystem.
I'm resetting to unknown. Hopefully that will get it back to the bug-wranglers to reassign properly, as I can't find an appropriate component.

OK, Thank you for following, I thought I was the first to notice, and didn't pay attention to suggested old bugs.
I wish you all the best in fixing this.
