ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 David Edmundson 2019-06-09 09:24:48 UTC
This issue doesn't happen with any released KDE, only for those who ran the beta/master. So from that POV not a bug.

Wipe your kdeglobals config file
Comment 2 Patrick Silva 2019-07-08 19:36:28 UTC
Plasma 5.16.2w has the same bug on Arch Linux.
Deleting kdeglobals file did not help.

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.59.0
Qt Version: 5.13.0

~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc
Comment 4 Patrick Silva 2019-07-09 13:43:56 UTC
Deleting ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc also did not solve the issue.
Duplicated entries appears on both Arch (Plasma 5.16.2) and Neon unstable edition.
Comment 5 Patrick Silva 2019-07-09 13:49:10 UTC
bug 409526 seems related. And it also occurs on Arch.

Got another report with Bug 410873.
Comment 7 Patrick Silva 2019-10-30 21:27:37 UTC
I can't confirm this issue on my system anymore.

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.63.0
Qt Version: 5.13.1
