Qt couldn't create an OpenGL context. This is likely caused by an NVIDIA driver or kernel update without a reboot. - What I was doing when the application crashed:
Recently installed a wireless card that required broadcom driver. Installed new driver, went to go to network settings from GUI and the network config GUI crashed.
