*** Bug 397857 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I can confirm that this problem happens on other gui apps without window decorations, like netease-cloud-music Can reproduce this bug on X11 - Latte hides but shortcut is available, netease-cloud-music player can be minimized/unminimized but it's interface is not redrawing On Wayland there are no confirmation dialog - it's simply logs out Operating System: KDE neon Developer Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.80 Qt Version: 5.11.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.51.0 Kernel Version: 4.15.0-34-generic *** Bug 401884 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This seems to be related to activities during session management interaction. Both areas are pretty much unmaintained in KWin. I would recommend to not use activities. (In reply to Martin Flöser from comment #5) > This seems to be related to activities during session management > interaction. Both areas are pretty much unmaintained in KWin. Yeah, I know. I could try to workaround it in Latte under X11 as I have already done because this was also occurring for [B] but the workaround is nasty and it creates a lot of instability. > I would recommend to not use activities. Problem is that this occurs even when the Latte panel/docks have been set to AllActivities. So because the current moto is that in the future Activities will be introduced also in wayland by using the new VDs infrastructure I will keep things as it is and wait for the future to see what will happen. I have similar bug. I can confirm that latte-dock does not close it self because the process is still there. Plasma 5.22 Activities support, fixed this... should I close it, or leave it open for x11? |
