items in the global menu sunk so low the g's and p's lost their down elements

This issue occurs in my system. The texts of the global menu just drop under the base line. A snapshot is attached. It seems that when shrinking the height of the panel, the global menu stops resizing at some specific height (40px for me here). Created attachment 112106 [details]

Created attachment 112082 [details] items in the global menu sunk so low the g's and p's lost their down elements Directly after the upgrade to frameworks 5.45.0 the appearance of the global menu changed a little. Items in the global menu lowered in the panel. They are so low now that you con't see the "down going" elements of e.g. the letters "p" and "g". I made a screenshot and attached it to this bug. I used to find the position of the menu items in the panel just perfect. And now I don't anymore.
