That looks like a problem of libavogadro and OpenGL. Could you compile libavogadro. with debug symbols and provide a better backtrace ?
Another report: bug 326837. The molecule editor was ported to Avogadro 2 for the upcoming Kalzium release in December (KDE Applications 16.12). With that version I cannot reproduce the bug. |
