Strange, I can't reproduce this here. Are you sure everything is installed correctly, especially libavogadro?
Thanks a lot for your inform, evidently I haven't installed another libavogadro. there are libavogrado that contains development files to installed beside libavogadro for library
well, you only need the libavogardo-dev package if you are using it to compile kalzium, this should normally already been done by the packagers. But you certainly need libavogadro to have the molecule editor.
