Sometimes it's helpful to do the import in stages, if your file is on the large size. Was it your complete Quicken file? Could you try exporting from Quicken just a few accounts at first. If you can provide the information requested in comment #1, please add it. By breaking my downloads up I was able to get them to import. Thanks for your help. My file size was 3.6 megabytes. Well, I'm glad you got there OK. Strange about it just closing, though. No error message originally? If you still have the large file could you reproduce the crash with debug information installed? Iwill try this weekend and let you know the output.
